All orders are processed within 48 hours of successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS with your shipping details.
2. Shipping Method & Charges
We offer free standard shipping via India Post for all orders within India.
There are no additional shipping charges on any order, regardless of the value or location.
In case of special delivery needs or expedited shipping (where applicable), additional charges may apply.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location and India Post service efficiency.
Metro and Tier-1 cities may receive deliveries faster, while remote and rural areas may take slightly longer.
4. Serviceable Areas
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes within India that are covered by India Post.
If your location is not serviceable, our support team will reach out to offer an alternative solution or refund.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link to the India Post tracking portal.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after dispatch.
6. Delays or Delivery Issues
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to natural disasters, postal disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact our support team for assistance.
7. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or unavailability of the recipient, a re-delivery can be arranged.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may be applicable for re-shipment.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our delivery services are limited to addresses within India.
